Kirsten McGlynn, CMT, graduated from the comprehensive 900-hour massage therapy program at National Holistic Institute and became a Certified Massage Therapist in 2016. Building upon her foundation of a variety of massage modalities and techniques such as Swedish, Shiatsu, acupressure and energy work, she continued her therapeutic studies at San Francisco School of Massage and Bodywork, where she specialized in Deep Tissue Massage and Myofascial Release. Kirsten’s safe and effective blend of massage techniques include applying gentle sustained pressure and stretching into myofascial tissue restrictions to help eliminate pain and restore motion. Kirsten treats patients in our Los Gatos Office.
