Dr. Michael Post, Chief Medical Officer
Chief Medical Officer, board-certified physiatrist and pain medicine specialist Michael Post, MD, brings decades of experience in physical medicine and rehabilitation to RehabOne Medical Group. Dr. Post began his professional education at the State University of New York Health Science Center in Syracuse, where he earned his Doctor of Medicine. He completed an internship at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, New York, before completing residency training at Stanford University Medical Center in Stanford, California.
When Dr. Post is not spending time with patients, you can find him dedicating his time and energy to promoting organized medicine. Dr. Post is the past president of both the California Society of Industrial Medicine and Surgery and the California Society of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. For over 25 years, Dr. Post has been a qualified medical evaluator (QME) and utilized as an Agreed Medical Evaluator (AME). He specializes in complex chronic pain and musculoskeletal injures. He has developed and managed an array of pain management and rehabilitation programs throughout northern California. Dr. Post is highly respected in the field of PMR and has been a key speaker for several organizations including CSIMS, CSPMR, CAAA, California Bar, and the DWC.
