RehabOne Medical Group developed COVID protocols, which are in adherence with Purple Tier standards, at the onset of the pandemic. Our organization has maintained our commitment to delivering essential medical services while staying consistent with our COVID protocols to protect our patients and employees.
Phased Re-opening Of Our Clinics Is Now Underway! (Posted 7/14/20)
We are excited to announce that we have begun re-opening our clinics! We are accepting referrals for New Patient Evaluations, Medical Legal Evaluations, Behavioral Medicine, Acupuncture, Chiropractic Care, Myofascial Therapy and Functional Restoration Programs! Please contact our office for individual providers' schedules.
We are committed to the health and safety of our patients and staff. We are taking all of the necessary precautions to provide essential care during these difficult times.
We are following the CDC and County Public Health guidelines including:
- Intensive daily cleaning of our public areas
- Disinfecting patient exam rooms and treatment areas after each use
- Requiring all clinic visitors, including staff, to wear masks in our facilities
- Comprehensive telephonic screening prior to scheduling any appointments
- Temperature checks and screening questions prior to entering our offices
- Configuring our spaces to promote social distancing
- Hand sanitizer stations located throughout our buildings
- Staff conducts frequent hand washing
- All staff have been trained in the proper use of PPE
Transitioning to In-Person Patient Visits (Posted 5/27/20)
We are proud to announce that we are now scheduling patients for in-person office appointments. Our transition plan prioritizes the health and safety of our patients and staff. We are following local, state and federal health recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) as well as our public health departments.
Everyone coming into our facilities must:
- be screened outside the office for fever and symptoms of COVID-19
- wear a mask
- maintain a minimum of 6 feet social distance
- practice recommended handwashing and/or hand sanitizing techniques
- visitors will not be allowed into our facilities unless an essential need is determined
We request that patients wear short-sleeve shirts and shorts to enable performing physical examinations without the need to change into a gown. Patients will remain in their vehicles until messaged that it's time for their appointment. Every patient will be greeted by our staff and go through a screening process that includes a non-touch temperature check and a few verbal questions. If an examination is necessary, our providers will also be wearing masks and gloves to ensure everyone an extra level of protection.

Planning Our Next Steps (Posted 4/28/20)
As we have been adapting to our new world in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, RehabOne Medical Group remains unwavered in our commitment to providing the best care for injured workers. We have already begun strategic planning on how we will transition back to the "new normal" once the Stay-at-Home Order has been lifted. Our plan will prioritize the health and safety of our patients, employees, and communities. We believe that open communication, transparency, and corroboration are critical to achieving great outcomes. We look forward to providing further information as it develops.
We are also very excited to announce that we are now offering Tele-Rehab services for patients participating in our multidisciplinary Functional Restoration Program.
Tele-Video Office Visits Now Available (Posted 3/24/20)
Due to the state-mandated Shelter-In-Place Order, and to protect the health of our patients and staff, RehabOne Medical Group will now be conducting patient care via tele-video visits. With tele-video visits, we can continue to deliver essential and time-sensitive patient care.
Our office will be contacting patients to provide instructions and answer any questions. If there are any issues with tele-video, patients can expect a phone call from their provider at their scheduled appointment time.

If there are any questions or concerns, our call center is available, but we do ask for your patience with response time as we are experiencing an increased call volume. We are maintaining our regular office hours at this time. If it is necessary to pick up a prescription or paperwork, all visitors will be screened and expected to adhere to social distancing etiquette.
We are temporarily suspending all hands-on treatment services at this time including acupuncture, active therapies, myofascial and chiropractic care.

In order to expand our ability to communicate with our patients, we are asking all patients to call our office and provide their email addresses. This will enable RehabOne the ability to communicate vital information to our patients. We are all challenged during this unprecedented pandemic.
